Yes, we require a 50% deposit at time of booking, if booking more than one month in advance.


The hall's capacity is 100 standing and 60 seated. This does not include the garden.


No.


There are tables and chairs avalable for use.   We also have community wifi supplied by Gigaclear.


If you cancel your booking within a month you may be at risk of losing your deposit. For more information please read our bookings information document.


Upon booking you will receive detailed instructions on how to access the hall including opening and closing. To ensure the safety of the premises all codes are changed regularly.


We require you to remove all items that you brought to the hall as well as cleaning any kitchen property that you use, and empty the dishwasher if you have used it.  Please ensure that you sweep the hall through once you have finished.


There is no audio or video equipment at the hall. You are welcome to bring either with you. 


The hall has free community wifi.  This has been supplied to us by Gigaclear.  Login details can be found on the noticeboard in the entrance hall.


The hall has a car park at the rear, accessed via New Road.  This allows disabled users to access the hall.  There is a toilet for the disabled.


No, BBQ's are not allowed.


There is a small carpark at by the hall.  This is accessed from New Road in Buckland.  The car park can take approximately 10 cars.

When parking please be mindful of the residents of the Old School House.

Hall users may also park on Buckland Road outside the hall.  Please park sensibly and do not block any driveways.

BOST do not accept any responsibility for any cars parked in or around the hall area.


We do not allow bouncy castles in the hall.  They may be used in the garden, however, please be mindful of our neighbours.
